Our mechanical services division has made very good progress since its introduction providing quality installations by highly skilled “Corgi” registered operatives and this has been recognised by our clients and repeat business has followed accordingly.

The services we are able to offer extend to low, medium and high temperature hot water heating, cold water services, gas, steam and condensate systems complete with all associated commissioning.

We are able to provide a fully designed system to meet all client requirements with all installations being subject to the changes effecting current “Building Regulations” .

Boiler Plant Installation

All of our operatives are apprentice trained and each of them have received the appropriate skill card qualification.

A reactive maintenance service is also available and breakdown cover should this be deemed necessary for our client’s.

With the combination of our heating, ventilation and hygiene division we can offer our client’s an effective mechanical services solution.
