Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 – As from the 1st October 2006 the above legislation places the responsibility with the owner or manager of a building to ensure that the safe systems are maintained and inspected on a regular basis.
Glen Wilson are able to advise on the installation of fire dampers and the maintenance / inspection of these units to enable the owner or building manager to include this information in the “Fire Risk Assessment Schedule”that is now required by LAW.
